I joined Cecilia Costa to design the 2006 Annual Report. Its size was thought to maximize the usage of the 66x96cm paper sheet and that was our first argument along with the choice of recycled paper, to communicate the company’s environmental consciousness.

¶ The envelope was 1-color silkscreen printed on reused printer testing papers from the report’s inside paper, and each envelope was unique.

¶ I did the diagram and typography and Cecilia did the drawings with squares, then we refined everything together.

¶ We tried carbon-free inks, but our supplier didn’t had it. We proposed to the company’s board that the bookbinding thread should be exposed and match the color of the company’s corporate id, eliminating the glue usage but they refused it. 200 pages at 4 Pantone Colors, offset printing.
