PUC-Gra

with Felipe Kaizer, to the Department of Arts and Design @PUC-Rio.

This poster-folder was made on 1 night, to be printed the day after. We had no pictures of the department, classes, labs, nothing.

¶ So we went for our typographic repertoire and started testing things we wanted to see printed. We chose a luminous red and a metallic blue and did lots of overprinting.

¶ We cut the folder in a way it would force us to design a poster too (the poster shown on the picture doesn’t have the central cut) and print Fred Smeijers' Arnhem-Fine at a small size and Sansa at a big size just to see how it looks.

¶ The stripes were meant to create a wallpaper-like poster, which we could tile and wrap the whole design department. We’re so spoiled. The wrapping never happened.

¶ 1000 copies at 2 Pantone Colors, offset printing.
